    Dr. Chiang is comfortingly communicative, prefacing everything he does with "I'm now going to do ___, and you may feel ___ or hear ___." Leaving you feeling comfortable: none of the nagging little worries that can arise from unexpected tugs, pokes etc. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now!

    It was my first visit and I was extremely impressed! The reception staff were wonderful with phone calls and answering questions before I booked, and they greeted me warmly upon arrival. Nina and Dr. Chiang were both so thorough, patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. They soothed my nervousness and made sure that I was comfortable throughout. Thank you so much!

    I've been receiving dental care from this office for a few years and I've always been very happy with the service I've received. Dentists are gentle and thorough, and the office staff has been friendly and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this practice!

    I was very anxious prior to my appointment. This was my first visit to to Dr. Chiang. The Office was bright and cheery, I only had to wait less than 5 minutes. The assistant was wonderful so friendly she took my X-rays. I saw Dr. Simon Chiang he was so nice and friendly explained everything to me he cleaned my teeth I had no pain. I would recommend this Denal Office. Thank-You for doing a wonderful job easing my nerves while I was in the chair getting my teeth cleaned. ��������

    Everyone is always nice and friendly. I tend to have a lot of questions and no matter who I speak with, I always get my questions entertained. Dr. Chiang has been stellar in regards to my actual dental work. Explaining the issues, treatment plans, priorities, everything. I feel 100% confident in his and the office's ability to handle all my dental needs. The rooms are also very complete: nice tvs, shades, clean and modern, xrays that are patient visible. Truly everything I need and want in a dentist.

    It was first visit, but I was extremely pleased with the service and overall operation. Dr.Chang was extremely thorough and helpful and completely eliminated my childhood nightmares from dentist visits. Fran was wonderful and very friendly. I will be making this my primary dentist.
